Tips For You That's hard to Sleep

Maybe you're a lot of problems. But the habit of taking sleeping pills is not necessarily the best solution.
Try these tips ..
Take a pillow and your sleeping position on your back. Close your eyes, pray with ease. Ex: Bismillah, read the prayer of going to bed ...
After that let all your thoughts go, do not try to create new thoughts, let the mind move, walk, proceeds and DO NOT TRY TO BE TERMINATED ..
Let leave and let ..
ALL YOU WILL mind 'yawn' and ....good sleep :)
